hello@systemblue.app reaches a person, not a queue. There is no account to quote and no ticket number to keep hold of, and you will have a reply within two working days.

Blue Guard sends no diagnostics anywhere, so nothing arrives ahead of you. Include your iPhone model, the version of iOS it is running, the version of Blue Guard shown at the bottom of Settings, and what you expected to happen instead of what did. If a particular page is involved, include the address.

A site is broken

This is the common one, and it has a quick answer. Any blocker that is doing real work will occasionally stop a script that a site depends on. Add that site to the allowlist in Blue Guard and it is left alone from then on, with nothing switched off anywhere else.

Report the site as well. A site that needs an allowlist entry usually points at a rule that wants correcting, and corrections ship with the next update.

Something is getting through

Send the address of the page and, if you can, a screenshot showing the advert or the banner. Rules go stale as trackers move, so this is expected rather than surprising, and it is the most useful report anyone can make.

Before you write

The FAQ answers what Blue Guard collects, what it costs, where it works, and why iOS asks you to switch it on yourself. The privacy policy lists every item the app stores and every connection it makes.
