Terms of Use
Effective 15 July 2026
1. The agreement
Blue Guard (the “Application”) is published by systemBlue, an independent software studio based in the United States. The Application is distributed through Apple’s App Store, and your use of it is governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (the “EULA”), together with these terms. Where the two differ, these terms control as to the matters they address.
2. Price
Blue Guard is provided free of charge. It offers an optional tip jar through which you may choose to support its development; a tip is a voluntary contribution and grants no additional features, content, or entitlement of any kind.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Application on the Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Application except as the EULA and applicable law permit.
4. No warranty
The Application is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. A content blocker reduces, but cannot guarantee the elimination of, every advertisement or tracker, and systemBlue does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Changes
If these terms change, the revised version will be published at this address with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
